Right of Return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of return, please inform us of your decision by email at:
sales@jakargames.com with the subject “Product Return”.
Conditions of Return
The product must be in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, are damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging.
Personalized products are excluded from the return policy.
Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service department via email:
sales@jakargames.com.
Upon receiving your request, we will send detailed return instructions, including the address to which the product should be sent.
Please include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the return shipment.
Return Costs
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or received by mistake.
In the case of a defective product or order error, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will inform you of the return status.
If the return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the product, including shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
