Right of Return
You can return your product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To begin the return process, send us an email at sales@jakargames.com with the subject line: “Product Return.”
Conditions of Return
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

It must include the original packaging and all accessories.

We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or unpackaged items.

Customized or personalized machines are excluded from returns.
How to Return a Product
First, contact our customer service team by email at sales@jakargames.com.
We will reply with detailed instructions, including the return address.
Make sure to include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) in the return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was defective, or
-
We sent the wrong product.
In those cases, we will refund the shipping costs as well.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inform you about the approval status.
If the return meets our conditions, you’ll receive a full refund – including any original shipping fees – within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
